b888 Terms and Conditions – Rules for All Players on the Platform

1. Introduction

Welcome to b888. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you") and b888 ("b888", "we", "us", "the Platform"). By registering an account, accessing any part of the b888 platform, making a deposit, placing a bet, or participating in any game or promotion offered by b888, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in full.

b888 is an online gaming and betting platform serving Pakistani players. The platform offers cricket betting, PSL betting, an online casino, Teen Patti, Ludo games, and live cricket score services. All transactions on b888 are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).

These Terms should be read together with the b888 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and b888. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the b888 platform.

2. Eligibility

To register and use b888, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times during which your account remains active:

• You must be at least 18 years of age.
• You must be accessing b888 from a jurisdiction where online gaming and betting is not explicitly prohibited for individual users.
• You must be registering on your own behalf, not on behalf of another person or entity.
• You must not be a current or former employee, contractor, or agent of b888 or any affiliated company, nor an immediate family member of such a person.
• You must not already hold an active b888 account. b888 permits one account per person, per household, and per device.
• You must be the legal owner of the payment method you use to deposit and withdraw funds on b888.

b888 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage of the account lifecycle. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending investigation.

3. Account Registration

3.1 Registration Process

To create a b888 account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile phone number, and your preferred payment method. You agree to keep this information updated and accurate at all times. b888 is not responsible for service interruptions caused by outdated account information.

3.2 One Account Policy

b888 strictly enforces a one-account-per-player policy. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, or through third parties — is a serious violation of these Terms. b888 uses device fingerprinting, IP matching, payment method cross-referencing, and behavioural analysis to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are found, all accounts will be closed, all balances forfeited, and the player may be permanently banned from b888.

3.3 Account Security

You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your b888 login credentials. b888 will treat any activity conducted through your account as having been authorised by you. If you believe your account has been compromised, you must notify b888 support immediately. b888 is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access where the player failed to adequately protect their credentials or failed to report a breach promptly.

3.4 Contact Consent

By registering at b888, you consent to receiving account-related communications via SMS and email to the contact details you provided. You may opt out of promotional communications at any time through your account settings, but operational communications (account security, transaction confirmations) cannot be opted out of while your account remains active.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

Players in higher VIP tiers typically have access to higher deposit limits. b888 may impose temporary deposit limits at its discretion without prior notice where it identifies unusual account activity.

4.3 Withdrawal Policy

Withdrawals are available to all verified b888 players. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. b888 processes standard withdrawal requests to Easypaisa and JazzCash within minutes of request submission during normal operating hours. IBFT bank withdrawals may take up to two banking hours depending on the receiving bank. b888 does not charge withdrawal fees on standard requests, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

4.4 Withdrawal Verification

b888 may require identity verification before processing your first withdrawal or before processing withdrawals above certain thresholds. This is a standard financial compliance measure. Documents typically requested include a copy of your national identity card (CNIC) and confirmation of your payment method ownership. b888 will not release funds where identity verification cannot be satisfactorily completed.

5. Bonus & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses are subject to the terms stated in the specific promotion alongside any general terms set out here. Where there is a conflict, the specific promotion terms take precedence.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds awarded by b888 are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion, the standard wagering requirement for deposit bonuses at b888 is 10x the bonus amount on cricket betting markets with odds of 1.50 or greater, or on eligible casino games. Wagering requirements must be met within 30 days of the bonus being credited. Unmet bonus funds expire automatically after the deadline.

5.3 One Bonus Per Player

Welcome bonuses and first-deposit promotions at b888 are available once per player, per household, and per payment method. Attempts to claim first-deposit bonuses on additional accounts will be treated as a violation of the one-account policy and may result in the forfeiture of all balances and permanent account closure.

5.4 Bonus Abuse

b888 reserves the right to withhold bonus funds and associated winnings where it determines that a player has engaged in bonus abuse. This includes but is not limited to: placing opposing bets using bonus funds to guarantee a return regardless of outcome, using automated software to exploit promotional structures, or coordinating with other players to abuse promotions. b888's determination of bonus abuse is final.

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 Bet Placement

Once a bet is confirmed at b888, it is binding. b888 does not accept requests to cancel confirmed bets except where an obvious technical error in odds is identified by b888 itself. You are responsible for verifying the details of your bet before confirmation. b888 strongly recommends that all players review bet details — match, market, selection, and stake — before submitting.

6.2 Odds and Market Errors

b888 takes reasonable steps to ensure the accuracy of all odds displayed on the platform. However, where an odds error is identified — whether before or after a bet is placed — b888 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the player's b888 wallet. b888 is not obligated to honour bets placed at clearly erroneous odds, defined as odds that are materially inconsistent with the fair market price at the time of placement.

6.3 Match and Event Cancellation

If a cricket match, PSL fixture, or other sports event on which bets have been placed is cancelled, postponed, or abandoned before the minimum number of overs specified in the relevant market rules have been completed, b888 will void all bets on that event and return stakes to player wallets. Where a match is interrupted but achieves the qualifying overs threshold, settlement will proceed on the result at that point in accordance with the specific market rules.

6.4 In-Play Betting

b888 offers live in-play betting on cricket and PSL. In-play markets are subject to suspension at any time at b888's discretion, including during key moments of play (run-ups, deliveries, wickets). Bets accepted after the relevant event (delivery, over, wicket) has occurred will be voided. b888 does not guarantee continuous in-play market availability and is not liable for losses arising from market suspension or unavailability during live play.

6.5 Casino and RNG Games

All casino games, Teen Patti, and Ludo games on b888 use certified random number generators (RNG). b888 does not manipulate or influence game outcomes. Results generated by the RNG are final and cannot be reversed except in cases of proven software malfunction. In the event of a technical malfunction mid-game, b888 may void the affected round and return the stake at its discretion.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on b888 and will result in account suspension, fund forfeiture, and a permanent ban:

• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to interact with b888 markets or games.
• Exploiting software bugs, vulnerabilities, or glitches to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings gained through exploitation are not valid and will be voided.
• Using stolen, third-party, or fraudulently obtained payment credentials.
• Match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any activity that involves insider information regarding the outcome of a sporting event. b888 will cooperate fully with any law enforcement or regulatory investigation into match integrity.
• Money laundering or using b888 to conceal the origins of illegally obtained funds.
• Colluding with other players in real-money poker, Teen Patti, or Ludo to disadvantage other participants.
• Providing false identity information or documents during registration or KYC verification.

8. Account Suspension & Closure

b888 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account without prior notice where it has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• These Terms have been violated.
• The account is being used for prohibited conduct as described in Section 7.
• The account holder is not eligible to hold a b888 account under Section 2.
• The account poses a risk of financial loss to b888 through fraud or chargebacks.
• A court order, regulatory directive, or law enforcement instruction requires account restriction.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, b888 will endeavour to complete the investigation within 30 business days and communicate the outcome to the player via the registered contact details. During an active investigation, the player's funds will be held securely and not used by b888 for any operational purpose.

Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting b888 support. Upon closure, any remaining balance — after deduction of non-withdrawable bonus funds — will be returned to the player's registered payment method within 5 business days.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the b888 platform — including but not limited to software, design, graphics, logos, game interfaces, text, and data feeds — is the property of b888 or its licensed suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use b888 for personal, non-commercial gaming and betting purposes only.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, reverse-engineer, decompile, or create derivative works from any part of the b888 platform without express written permission. Scraping of b888 data — including live cricket odds, live cricket scores, or game data — by automated means is strictly prohibited.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, b888's total liability to any player for any claim arising from use of the platform is limited to the net deposits made by that player in the 30 days preceding the claim. b888 is not liable for:

• Indirect, consequential, or incidental losses.
• Loss of profits, opportunity costs, or loss of data.
• Service interruptions caused by internet outages, third-party payment provider failures, or force majeure events.
• Losses arising from a player's failure to secure their account credentials.
• Losses arising from a player acting on information displayed on the b888 platform that contained typographical errors.

b888 makes no warranty that the platform will be continuously available, error-free, or completely secure. b888 will take reasonable steps to maintain availability and security but cannot guarantee these absolutely.

11. Responsible Gaming

b888 is committed to providing a gaming environment that is safe, fair, and transparent. As part of this commitment, b888 offers the following responsible gaming tools to all registered players at no cost:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps through your account settings. Limits take effect immediately when set and can only be increased after a 48-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Timers: Enable session duration reminders that notify you when you have been logged in for a specified period.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your b888 account for periods of 24 hours to 6 weeks. During a cooling-off period, you cannot log in, deposit, or play.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from b888. Self-exclusion is irreversible for the chosen minimum period. b888 will close your account, return your balance, and add your details to its exclusion list.

12. Amendments to These Terms

b888 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes to these Terms will be communicated to registered players via email or SMS to their registered contact details and will be displayed prominently on the b888 platform for a period of not less than 14 days before taking effect.

Continued use of b888 after the effective date of any updated Terms constitutes acceptance of those updated Terms. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you must cease using b888 and may request account closure under Section 8. Your balance will be returned in accordance with b888's standard withdrawal process.

Minor amendments — including corrections of typographical errors, clarifications that do not change the substance of any provision, or updates to reflect changes in Pakistani law — may take effect immediately without prior notice.
